alphabet wall inspiration

the nursery alphabet wall project is well underway, and i'm so very excited for it to start coming together!

i've enlisted the help of seesters and dear friends who are much craftier than i, and many of the letters are already in the process of being hunted for or created...although there are still letters up for grabs!  ;)

here's some more letter/alphabet inspiration i've been finding - can i just reiterate how amazing i find pinterest?

love the button for the "o"

really loving the lowercase 'a' and the 'w' in this one...

the 'q' made out of rope - so creative!

for some reason the orange and white striped 'e' jumps out at me.  also love the globes!  and i have these orange bins from ikea - they're already part of the nursery.  :)

wrapping the letter in a map - love it!

if only i had the time...

REALLY like the 'e' made of wood.  the 'm' is pretty sweet too!  love the idea of incorporating fabric.  or just a simple sketch of a letter, like the first 'e'

love the 'g' in this one

if i had decided to go with a uniform look, i probably would've done something like this...

oh my goodness, I'm so excited for all of us to get the letters to you and then to see the final project of all the different ideas that people came up with. How special this will be for little baby boy.

Hi Dawn!! Here’s a link to the google spreadsheet that's keeping track of which letters are taken/available.

I would LOVE to have you be a part of this – you definitely have some mad crafty skills! :)
